Choose the date and a time zone to plan in, then enter each person’s time zone and acceptable local hours. Daylight saving time is applied for that date. Results show times that fit those hours; the tool does not check anyone’s calendar. Hours cannot cross midnight.

What this can and cannot do
Use 2–12 participants and a meeting length of 15–120 minutes. Enter local hours as whole numbers on a 24-hour clock: 9 to 18 means 9 am to 6 pm. Each meeting must fit completely inside everyone’s hours; if none fits, no time is suggested. Start times are checked at 15-minute intervals. Open the .ics file in a calendar app to add the event. Times are saved in UTC, a shared time reference, so calendar apps can show each local time. Downloading does not send invitations.
