Other shared charges are divided by purchase value. Put charges specific to one line in its Direct charges column. Use one currency for the whole shipment.
Enter one row per invoice line with SKU, Units and Unit cost. Weight per unit kg and Direct charges are optional columns; weight is required if you choose weight-based freight. Add your freight invoice total and any other shared shipment charges. The report adds every input amount to a per-SKU total and shows the allocation for each original line. Nothing is sent to a store.

What this can and cannot do
Freight is divided by your selected basis: units, line purchase value or total line weight. Other shared charges are divided by purchase value; direct charges stay on their original line. Each cent of shared cost is assigned once, with tied leftover cents going to earlier source rows. The ZIP contains a cost table by SKU and a line-by-line review table. Totals are exact to cents; per-unit costs are displayed to four decimals, so multiplying a displayed per-unit value can differ slightly from the exact total. Keep invoice documents and check your chosen allocation method. This is not a customs valuation, tax calculation, sales margin, Shopify inventory update or accounting approval. Later invoices require recalculating the shipment with the new amounts; sold-unit cost layers are not tracked. CSV limit: 1 MB and 200 lines; quantities are whole positive units; non-negative amounts use one currency and at most two decimals.
